Our mission is to create an understanding and bold platform to support and encourage a powerful, new generation of adults to embrace their worthiness, elevate in their goals, and honor their authenticity.
OUR WHY
Welcome to WORTHYUPMOSAIC LLC. The business was birthed by business co-owners Simone Mallory-Sumbler and Marcus Sumbler when they realized they could stir up their individual life lessons, skill sets, innovative ideas, and experiences to create a collaborative arena to provide motivational speaking services to their community. Specifically, they are faith-guided, motivational speakers who look forward to reaching a powerful, new generation of adults.
Young adults are a gifted generation of diverse individuals who have the capacity and tenacity to achieve intentional works in this world. Here, we look forward to creating spaces where young adults can absorb the wisdom from the generations above them; where they are encouraged to build their creative and God-Given visions which reflect their authenticity; and where they can prepare to open doors to elevate the coming generations. Welcome to a new building phase of life. Whether you are beginning your career, attending college and/or professional school, or exploring different life avenues, we look forward to meeting you.

I welcome you to WORTHYUPMOSAIC LLC! As a motivational speaker, I am honored to be able to speak to a diverse group that is interested in walking a journey of authenticity. We are mosaics, and there are different pieces and aspects of us that make us uniquely who we are. We have to understand that walking a journey of authenticity involves us walking our own unique path and embracing these different pieces and aspects that make us who we are. So together, let’s take these beautiful pieces and make an authentic picture of our life’s journey.
